Âòîðàÿ ñåññèÿ ñâîáîäíûõ çàåçäîâ â Áàõðåéíå – åäèíñòâåííàÿ òðåíèðîâêà, â êîòîðîé ìîæíî îöåíèòü ýôôåêòèâíîñòü ðàáîòû íàñòðîåê – îíà íà÷èíàåòñÿ â 18:00 – â ýòî æå âðåìÿ â ñóááîòó ñòàðòóåò êâàëèôèêàöèÿ, à â âîñêðåñåíüå – ãîíêà. Óòðîì íà òðàññå â Ñàõèðå Íèêî è Ëüþèñ äåðæàëèñü â òåíè, íå ïîïàâ äàæå â ïåðâóþ äåñÿòêó, íî ïîñëå îáåäà óëó÷øèëè ñâîè ðåçóëüòàòû íà ÷åòûðå ñåêóíäû, âåðíóâøèñü íà ïðèâû÷íûå ïåðâûå ñòðî÷êè. Êèìè Ðàéêêîíåí è Ñåáàñòüÿí Ôåòòåëü ðàñïîëîæèëèñü ñëåäîì, îòñòàâ íà ïîëñåêóíäû è ïîäòâåðäèâ õîðîøóþ ôîðìó Ferrari. Êîìàíäû îòðàáîòàëè òðàäèöèîííóþ ïðîãðàììó ïîèñêà íàñòðîåê è ñðàâíåíèÿ ýôôåêòèâíîñòè äâóõ ñîñòàâîâ ðåçèíû íà äëèííûõ ñåðèÿõ êðóãîâ – ðàçíèöà ìåæäó ñîñòàâàìè íà êðóãå îêàçàëàñü äàæå áîëüøåé, ÷åì â Êèòàå.  McLaren íå óñïåëè ïîäãîòîâèòü ìàøèíó Áàòòîíà ê íà÷àëó ñåññèè – íóæíî áûëî çàìåíèòü áëîê óïðàâëÿþùåé ýëåêòðîíèêè è íàêîïèòåëü ýíåðãèè ïîñëå ïîëîìêè â ïåðâîé ñåññèè. Çàäåðæêà áûëà íåáîëüøîé, âñêîðå áðèòàíåö âûåõàë, íî ÷åðåç íåñêîëüêî êðóãîâ îñòàíîâèëñÿ íà òðàññå – êàê è óòðîì, ìîòîð ïîòåðÿë ìîùíîñòü. Ïîòåðÿâ ïî÷òè ñîðîê ìèíóò â áîêñàõ, Äæåíñîí âñ¸ æå ñìîã âûåõàòü, íî ïîñëå îäíîãî êðóãà ñâåðíóë â áîêñû, ïîòîì ýòî ïîâòîðèëîñü åù¸ ðàç – ñðàçó ðåøèòü ïðîáëåìó íå óäàëîñü.  Red Bull Racing ïðîïóñòèëè ïåðâûå äâàäöàòü ìèíóò òðåíèðîâêè – Ðèêêàðäî è Êâÿò ïîêèíóëè áîêñû ïîçæå ñîïåðíèêîâ. Ó Ôåðñòàïïåíà è Ñàéíñà ÷àñòî áëîêèðîâàëèñü òîðìîçà è ìåõàíèêàì ïðèøëîñü íåñêîëüêî ðàç êîððåêòèðîâàòü íàñòðîéêè. Çà äåñÿòü ìèíóò äî êîíöà ñåññèè ïîÿâèëèñü êðàñíûå ôëàãè.  ïåðâîì ïîâîðîòå ïðîèçîøåë íåáîëüøîé êîíòàêò ìåæäó Ôåòòåëåì è Ïåðåñîì – ó Ñåáàñòüÿíà îòêàçàëè òîðìîçà è îí ìåäëåííî ïîäúåçæàë ê ïîâîðîòó, à Ñåðõèî è Ôåëèïå Íàñð åãî îáãîíÿëè – â èòîãå èç-çà îñòàâøèõñÿ íà òðàññå îáëîìêîâ ïåðåäíåãî àíòèêðûëà ðàáîòó ïðèøëîñü íåíàäîëãî ïðåðâàòü, íî êðàñíûå ôëàãè áûñòðî áóðàëè.  èòîãå, ïðîòîêîë âîçãëàâèë Íèêî Ðîñáåðã, ïðîåõàâøèé êðóã â ñåðåäèíå ñåññèè çà 1:34.647, íàèáîëüøàÿ äèñòàíöèÿ ó Âàëüòòåðè Áîòòàñà – 36 êðóãîâ. Êðîìå òîãî, ìåæäó 12-ì è 13-ì ïîâîðîòàìè ðàñïîëîæåíèå òðàññû áûëî íåñêîëüêî èçìåíåíî: ïîëîòíî ñìåùåíî íà 2,5 ì âëåâî. Îòáîéíèê ðÿäîì ñ àïåêñîì 15-ãî ïîâîðîòà ñäâèíóò íàçàä, ÷òîáû òðàññà ëó÷øå ïðîñìàòðèâàëàñü, à òàêæå â ðàéîíå àïåêñà óñòàíîâëåí íîâûé ïîðåáðèê.

Monte Carlo
The Monaco Grand Prix is the one race of the year that every driver dreams of winning. Like the Indy 500 or Le Mans, it stands alone, almost distinct from the sport from which it was born. A combination of precision driving, technical excellence and sheer bravery is required to win in Monte Carlo, facets which highlight the differences between the great and the good in Formula One. The Armco barrier-lined circuit leaves no margin for error, demanding more concentration that any other Formula One track. Cars run with maximum downforce and brakes are worked hard. Overtaking is next to impossible so qualifying in Monaco is more critical than at any other Grand Prix. The Portier corner is key to achieving a good lap time around Monaco. It is preceded by the Loews hairpin, the slowest corner in Formula One, and followed by the tunnel, one of the few flat-out sections of the track. Some great names have ended their races in the barriers here, most notably Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher. To win in Monaco places a driver's name on a list that includes many of history's all-time greats. Both Graham Hill, the man nicknamed 'Mr Monaco', and Schumacher have won it five times, Alain Prost took four victories, whilst Stirling Moss and Jackie Stewart each won here three times. But the record of wins in the Principality resides with the Senna, who won in Monte Carlo six times. The race has been a regular fixture of the world championship since 1955, but in that time the circuit has changed remarkably little. Âîçäóõ +18Ñ, òðàññà +24…27Ñ Íà ñâîáîäíûõ çàåçäàõ â ÷åòâåðã êîìàíäàì íå óäàëîñü ïîðàáîòàòü íà øèíàõ SuperSoft è äëèííûõ ñåðèÿõ êðóãîâ èç-çà äîæäÿ, òàê ÷òî ïðîãðàììà ñóááîòíåé òðåíèðîâêè ïîëó÷èëàñü íàñûùåííîé. Îäíè íà÷àëè ñåññèþ íà áîëåå æåñòêîé ðåçèíå, ïîòîì ïåðåêëþ÷èëèñü íà áîëåå ìÿãêóþ, äðóãèå ÷åðåäîâàëè ñîñòàâû, ÷òîáû ñîáðàòü èíôîðìàöèþ îá èçíîñå è ýôôåêòèâíîñòè. Áîëåå æåñòêîìó ñîñòàâó âíîâü òðåáîâàëîñü íåñêîëüêî êðóãîâ, ÷òîáû âûéòè â ðàáî÷èé ðåæèì, à áîëåå ìÿãêèé íà âòîðîì áûñòðîì êðóãå ïåðåãðåâàëñÿ.  ðàáîòå ñ íàñòðîéêàìè êîìàíäû ñäåëàëè àêöåíò íà êâàëèôèêàöèè, ìíîãèå âûåçæàëè íà êîðîòêèå ñåññèè ñ íåáîëüøèì êîëè÷åñòâîì òîïëèâà.  ñåðåäèíå ñåññèè ãîíùèêàì ïðèøëîñü âåðíóòüñÿ â áîêñû – íà áûñòðîì êðóãå Ðàéêêîíåí çàöåïèë áàðüåð â ïåðâîì ïîâîðîòå è ïîÿâèëèñü êðàñíûå ôëàãè. Ìàøèíà ïîñòðàäàëà íå ñëèøêîì ñåðü¸çíî, å¸ îïåðàòèâíî ýâàêóèðîâàëè. ×åðåç íåñêîëüêî ìèíóò ñåññèÿ áûëà ïðîäîëæåíà, íî Ðàéêêîíåí áîëüøå íå âûåçæàë.  19-ì ïîâîðîòå ðàçâåðíóëî Ôåðñòàïïåíà, çàäíÿÿ ÷àñòü ìàøèíû óäàðèëàñü î áàðüåð, íî îáîøëîñü áåç êðàñíûõ ôëàãîâ – Ìàêñ ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíî âåðíóëñÿ â áîêñû, ïåðåäàâ ìàøèíó ìåõàíèêàì – äëÿ íåãî ñåññèÿ òîæå çàêîí÷èëàñü äîñðî÷íî. Åñëè â ÷åòâåðã ëèäèðîâàëè ãîíùèêè Mercedes, òî óòðîì â ñóááîòó íà ïîñëåäíèõ ìèíóòàõ Ñåáàñòüÿí Ôåòòåëü ïîäíÿëñÿ íà âåðõíþþ ñòðî÷êó, ïåðâûì çà óèê-ýíä ïðîåõàâ êðóã áûñòðåå 1:17 – 1:16.143. Äâå äåñÿòûõ åìó óñòóïèë Ðîñáåðã, ïÿòü äåñÿòûõ – Õýìèëòîí, æàëîâàâøèéñÿ èíæåíåðó íà íåäîñòàòî÷íîå ñöåïëåíèå äàæå íà áîëåå ìÿãêîé ðåçèíå è ïðîáëåìû ñ áàëàíñîì. Ïèëîò Êîìàíäà Âðåìÿ Ðàçíèöà Êðóãè 1. Îáãîíÿòü íà óçêîé ãîðîäñêîé òðàññå ïî÷òè íåâîçìîæíî, ðàññ÷èòûâàòü íà ñòðàòåãèþ íå ïðèõîäèëîñü – îáû÷íî ãîíêà ïðîõîäèò ñ îäíèì ïèò-ñòîïîì. Õîðîøàÿ ñòàðòîâàÿ ïîçèöèÿ ïîçâîëÿåò ðàññ÷èòûâàòü íà óñïåõ â âîñêðåñåíüå, íî äëÿ ýòîãî êðóã äîëæåí áûòü èäåàëüíûì, à â Ìîíàêî ýòî âñåãäà ñâÿçàíî ñ ðèñêîì. Ïðè íàñòðîéêå ìàøèí êîìàíäû ñäåëàëè àêöåíò íà êâàëèôèêàöèè.  ÷åòâåðã äîæäü íå ïîçâîëèë âûïîëíèòü òðàäèöèîííóþ ïðîãðàììó ñðàâíåíèÿ ýôôåêòèâíîñòè è èçíîñà äâóõ ñîñòàâîâ ðåçèíû – å¸ ïðèøëîñü ïåðåíåñòè íà óòðî ñóááîòû.  Pirelli ïðèâåçëè â Ìîíàêî «ìÿãêóþ» ïàðó ñîñòàâîâ, äëÿ ïðîãðåâà áîëåå æåñòêèõ øèí Soft íà ãëàäêîì àñôàëüòå òðåáîâàëîñü íåñêîëüêî êðóãîâ, à SuperSoft îáåñïå÷èâàë ëó÷øåå ñöåïëåíèå è ñòàë êëþ÷åâûì â êâàëèôèêàöèè. Âî âðåìÿ óòðåííåé òðåíèðîâêè äâîå ãîíùèêîâ ïîïàëè â àâàðèè. Êèìè Ðàéêêîíåí çàöåïèë áàðüåð, êîãäà ìàøèíà ïîòåðÿëà ñòàáèëüíîñòü íà òîðìîæåíèè – ïîñëå îáñëåäîâàíèÿ âûÿñíèëîñü, ÷òî íóæíî çàìåíèòü ëèøü íåêîòîðûå ýëåìåíòû ïîäâåñêè è àýðîäèíàìèêè, íî êîðîáêà ïåðåäà÷ íå ïîñòðàäàëà. Ìàêñ Ôåðñòàïïåí óòðîì òîæå çàöåïèë áàðüåð, íî ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíî âåðíóëñÿ â áîêñû, ãäå âûÿñíèëîñü, ÷òî ïîâðåæäåíî íå òîëüêî çàäíåå àíòèêðûëî, íî è äíèùå – ìåõàíèêàì ïðèøëîñü ïîâîçèòüñÿ, ÷òîáû óñïåòü ê íà÷àëó êâàëèôèêàöèè. Ðîìàí Ãðîæàí íà÷èíàë êâàëèôèêàöèþ, çíàÿ, ÷òî ïîòåðÿåò ïÿòü ïîçèöèé íà ñòàðòå çàâòðàøíåé ãîíêè – èç-çà äîñðî÷íîé çàìåíû êîðîáêè ïåðåäà÷, ïîâðåæä¸ííîé âî âðåìÿ Ãðàí Ïðè Èñïàíèè.  íà÷àëå ïåðâîé ñåññèè òîëüêî ãîíùèêè Sauber è Manor ñðàçó âûåõàëè íà SuperSoft – îñòàëüíûå íà÷àëè êâàëèôèêàöèþ íà Soft, íî ñêîðî âñå ïåðåêëþ÷èëèñü íà áîëåå ìÿãêèé ñîñòàâ, êðîìå ãîíùèêîâ Mercedes è Ferrari. Õþëêåíáåðã îøèáñÿ, çàöåïèâ áàðüåð â ïÿòîì ïîâîðîòå, è âåðíóëñÿ â áîêñû, íî ñêîðî âûåõàë âíîâü. Ðîñáåðã âîçãëàâèë ïðîòîêîë, ïðîåõàâ êðóã íà Soft çà 1:16.528. Õýìèëòîí óñòóïèë íàïàðíèêó øåñòü ñîòûõ, òðåòüå âðåìÿ ïîêàçàë äåáþòàíò Ôåðñòàïïåí, ÷åòâ¸ðòîå – Êâÿò. Êàê îáû÷íî, â ïåðâîé ñåññèè ìíîãèì ïîìåøàë òðàôèê – â òîì ÷èñëå Âàëòòåðè Áîòòàñó, âûáûâøåìó èç áîðüáû óæå â ïåðâîé ñåññèè âïåðâûå ñ Ãðàí Ïðè Êîðåè 2013 ãîäà. Êðîìå íåãî áîðüáó íå ñìîãëè ïðîäîëæèòü ãîíùèêè Sauber è Manor. Âî âòîðîé ñåññèè âñå èñïîëüçîâàëè SuperSoft. Àëîíñî íå ñìîã ïðîåõàòü êðóã, îñòàíîâèâøèñü â çîíå áåçîïàñíîñòè èç-çà ïðîáëåì ñ ìàøèíîé – ñèëîâàÿ óñòàíîâêà íåîæèäàííî ïîòåðÿëà ìîùíîñòü.  ïåðâîé ïîïûòêå Ôåòòåëü âîçãëàâèë ïðîòîêîë – 1:16.224, íî Ðîñáåðã ïðîåõàë áûñòðåå – 1:15.471.  Mercedes íå ñòàëè îòêàçûâàòüñÿ îò âòîðîé ïîïûòêè, äàæå ãàðàíòèðîâàâ ìåñòî â ôèíàëå, ÷òîáû îöåíèòü ýôôåêò îò êîððåêöèè íàñòðîåê, íî íà ïîñëåäíèõ ìèíóòàõ â ïåðâîì ñåêòîðå ïîÿâèëèñü æåëòûå ôëàãè – Ðîñáåðã îøèáñÿ íà áûñòðîì êðóãå, çàåõàâ â çîíó áåçîïàñíîñòè. Ãðîæàí, Áàòòîí Õþëêåíáåðã, Ìàññà è Àëîíñî íå ïðîáèëèñü â ôèíàë. Ïåðåä ôèíàëüíîé ñåññèåé óïàëè íåñêîëüêî êàïåëü äîæäÿ, ãîíùèêè ïîñïåøèëè âûåõàòü íà ñëèêàõ, ïîêà àñôàëüò íå ñòàë ñêîëüçêèì, íî îáîøëîñü – äîæäü òàê æå âíåçàïíî çàêîí÷èëñÿ.  ïåðâîé ïîïûòêå Õýìèëòîí âîçãëàâèë ïðîòîêîë – 1:15.304, âî âòîðîé íà òðàññó âûåõàëè âñå, êðîìå Ïåðåñà. Õýìèëòîí ñìîã ïðèáàâèòü – 1:15.098, à Ðîñáåðã ïîñëå îøèáêè íà ïåðâîì ñåêòîðå âåðíóëñÿ â áîêñû. Õýìèëòîí çàâîåâàë ïåðâûé ïîóë â Ìîíàêî è 43-é â êàðüåðå, Ðîñáåðã óñòóïèë åìó òðè äåñÿòûõ – âåñü ïåðâûé ðÿä ñòàðòîâîãî ïîëÿ âíîâü ó Mercedes.
